We've seen A LOT of Kim Kardashain's body in recent months. There was that Paper magazine cover that broke the internet and then we saw her in a whole new light thanks to the alternative Love magazine shoot. We've been baffled by her body and confused by her eye-popping curves - so how does she maintain that shape?
We spoke to the owner of Waist Gang Trainers, who goes by the name of Premadonna (of course she does), who told us one way Kim keeps her shape is by wearing her waist trainers. Premadonna, who knows Kim personally, told us the reality star is so obsessed with the corset she even wears hers in the gym.
‘Kim carries a waist trainer in her bag everywhere she goes,’ said Premadonna. ‘She wears one in the gym, which means she gets quicker results, or when she’s running around ahead of photo shoots. You can wear it under dresses on the red carpet, too. Some customers even sleep in it!’ Rather them than us.
Premadonna has known Kim’s sister Khloé for two years, which is how they met. ‘When Khloé was trying to lose weight, I gave her a waist trainer and she loved it so much she told Kim about it,’ added Premadonna. ‘Kim wasn’t ready at the time, but after she had North, she wanted to get her body back. Those girls are all about the curves, and it helps you emphasise them.’

Kim has posted a number of pictures of herself on Instagram wearing slimming device, including one last month that she captioned, ‘On set using my @premadonna87’s waist trainer before I shoot!’
Premadonna claims you can expect to lose up to two inches in a week if you wear one of the corsets for six hours a day. ‘They are made from a combination of Lycra, spandex and latex, and work by pulling you in around the middle,’ she added. ‘The material makes you sweat more around your waist, so you lose inches in that specific area. It gives you that hourglass shape.’
In a recent interview Kim admitted that she was still yet to lose some of her baby weight. She said, ‘Yeah! Gosh. I could do with losing a little bit of weight. I used to weight 110lb, now I weigh 130 and I should be way smaller.’ Last year she also told Grazia, ‘After you have a baby your body changes. It’s tough.’
And Premaddona is quick to say that the item is perfectly safe to use for women who are trying for a baby. She said: 'Oh yes, well I’m actually trying to get pregnant myself and I’ve spoken to physicians and they’ve told me is perfectly safe to keep using it.'
She added, ‘Kim uses the trainer to lose weight and maintain her shape. She’s obsessed with it.’
