Here at* Grazia Daily*, we're well aware that selfies are a thing of the past. What is all the rage now? Shelfies. To the uninitiated, that's a snap of your kitchen shelf, displaying all the lovely health bits you have. Gadgets, supplements, shakes...you name it, we'll ogle it and start making an extensive Whole Foods shopping list to the same effect. We asked some of our favourite industry shelfie-ers, from personal trainers to TV stars to share a snap with us...

Toby Huntington Whiteley and Lee Mullins of Workshop Gym:

Workshop
Workshop

Toby: "Here's a snapshot of the kitchen area at Workshop. We love the products from Designs for Health because of the high quality and cleanliness of their raw ingredients. I use the products if I need to whip up a breakfast smoothie or a post workout shake. Coconut oil is also a staple part of my kitchen at work and at home; I add it to smoothies and cook with it."

Lee: "I don't leave home until I've brewed up some fresh Bulletproof Coffee which is made from organic coffee beans, MCT oil and grass fed butter. I've become a bit of a coffee geek. I also don't leave home without taking my daily probiotic and liquid fish oil by Designs for Health. One of the best investments I ever made was purchasing and Eva water filter. It removes over 98% of harmful substances commonly found in tap water, plus it adds a load of minerals to my water, helping my body stay hydrated, energised and alkaline. It also tastes incredible."

Jessica Diner, Editorial Director at Birchbox UK:

Jessica Diner

Jessica: "Just a small selection of my massive recipe book collection. Favourites include Honestly Healthy, Hemsley & Hemsely, Leon and Ottolenghi. I'm a bit of a geek and like to tab my favourite recipes so I can find them again easily. I love my Lurch Spiralo Spiralizer - spiralizing is a bit of a craze, isn’t it? But I have totally bought into it, and I love making courgetti with kale pesto, using the recipe from Hemsley & Hemsley, either as a side with some salmon or as a whole meal piled high with pecorino cheese shavings. Then, there's my Thermomix– I got this as a wedding gift and I have never looked back."

"It’s a bit like Avon in a way, you have to buy it from a representative, but it makes sense because that's the best way to learn how to use it. It’s about 12 machines in one: it steams, grinds, minces, blends, cooks, grates, shreds, kneads, warms things up, you name it, it can do it. You can put all the raw ingredients for a soup into the bowl, blitz it, and then the thermal plate heats it up, so you eat it hot straight from the bowl. I can't live without my Magimix Nespresso Machine - it kind of sneaked into the shot, but it’s one of my most treasured gadgets! I went away for the weekend recently and took it with me (sad, I know)."

"Last for gagdets, my Kuvings Silent Cold Pressed Juicer – A brilliant cold press juicer, it separates the pulp from the juice so you can put fruit and veg with their skins on and a nice clean juice will still come out. The only downside is that it’s hard work to clean! For supplements I like Nature’s Sunshine Liquid Chlorophyll – All of the good stuff in greens (chlorophyll) is filtered into a liquid and combined with spearmint oil, which means that it gives a nice fresh minty taste to water and is helping your system to detox in the process."

"Also, Virgin Raw Food Bee Panacea – if it’s good enough for Victoria Beckham, it’s good enough for me. I add this onto my yoghurt and berries along with a sprinkling of cinnamon, and the Linwoods Milled Flax and Linseed Mix for an antioxidant and Omega super boost. Finally, Sun Warrior Plant-Based Protein Powder – I always try to have a a protein shake after a workout. I like to whizz these up in the Thermomix with some rice milk and almonds."

Kara Rosen, PLENISHJuices Founder:

PLENISH

Kara: “I keep a flavour station handy in my kitchen, with my most used pantry essentials. Spices, healthy oils, nuts and sauces make it easy to whip up a quick healthy meal full of flavour! I have nearly 100 cookbooks, but keep a few on rotation near the kitchen at any given time. That being said, I ALWAYS have a Mexican cookbook handy.”

Clare Neill, Co-Founder, Radiance:

Radiance

Clare: 'This cupboard is full of everything I need for a smoothie or a snack. I often have a smoothie for breakfast and I like to make sure it includes some protein, so I'll use some of the Amazing Grass Amazing Meal powder, some nuts or nut butter. I also like to add in different things depending on my mood or what flavour I'd like, such as bee pollen, lucuma powder, coconut chips or carob. I also love chia seed pudding for breakfast with homemade almond or cashew milk. "

Liz Hambleton, Health & Beauty Director, Grazia:

Liz Hambleton

Liz: "I love all of these books for quick, nutritrious meals that have five ingredients or less - my cut-off point when it comes to cost and faffing around with food prep! Hemsley and Hemsley's is a real fave for innovative but yummy dishes. Every morning I make myself a breakfast smoothie with almond milk, coconut oil, banana and flaxmill. I whizz this up in my Nutribullet! It takes a mere five seconds and is healthy and filling. Zinc is my essential supplement – I take it once day with food. This Aloe Vera is disgusting but it can really help soothe an irritable digestive system. A top tip from my dad. "

Lilah Parsons, TV Presenter:

Lilah Parsons

Lilah: "The Nutribulletis my 2015 discovery - I'm totally obsessed! I make one every morning for breakfast, throwing in whatever fresh veggies I have and normally some frozen berries too. My favorite concoction so far is spinach, kale, cucumber, parsley, & banana, with frozen blueberries, blackberries & raspberries, & a hand full of nuts and seeds. I'm a big fan of avocado too - I always add it to salads to bulk it up, as well as adding seeds and nuts to make it more interesting! Oh, and sweet potato - yum!"

Doina from The Golden Diamonds:

The Golden Diamonds

"Before moving to London, I never ever questioned my lifestyle and the food I was eating or the nutrients I was getting. Just coming from Eastern Europe, organic and healthy food is something as normal as chips in England. It's very affordable, delicious and everywhere. However, once I realised that I was no longer living a 20min drive away from my grandmother's farm, and only a little part of the grocery stores is filled with the same quality products, I started re-analysing my diet."

"Chlorella, spirulina, wheatgrass, flaxseed, chia, coconut oil, coconut flour, agave syrup, almonds; now this is my daily regime, trying to compensate for the more polluted environment and stressed life. So if you ever wonder where to find me, the answer is probably Whole Foods looking for papaya, or hunting a new detox juice brand to satisfy my cravings. "
