How To Master The French Braid
Paris fashion week is arguably the chicest of them all and Rihanna is certainly making sure she is putting her best fashion foot forward in just the right environment. She's hit not one, not two but EIGHT FROWs over PFW, causing chaos along the way and looking super-foxy while she does it. You don't want to miss an ounce of her fabulous wardrobe so here's a quick recap...
As the face of Balmain, naturallment the singer made her first stop at the brand’s show wearing a look which is best summarised as ‘Safari tour guide gone rogue’. See the earthy tones, a touch of utility and a heavy dose of leather. In true fashionably-late-style Ri-Ri actually missed the catwalk show after getting stuck in traffic (#fashionweekproblems) but that didn't stop her from making the most of her marvellous outfit and skipping backstage for a one-on-one with Balmain’s creative director, Olivier Rousteing. He even got down on one knee to worship the Bad Gal chic.

Not content with just having one fashion hit in a week, Ri Ri swaggered into the Dior show wearing a vivid red fur coat with stockings and an array of pearls. It brings a whole new meaning to the fur coat, no knickers look. For a look which made it seem she wasn’t wearing a lot underneath the coat she certainly took to accessorising with a vengeance by donning the latest sunglasses style from Dior, slipping on some leather gloves and decorating her neck and wrist in pearls.

The clothing cameleon then turned her attention to Lanvin, where she werked a more androgynous ensemble in a grey jacket, lux joggers, brogues and wrapped a fur stole around her for a final touch. As ever, she popped backstage to give Alber Elbaz a congratulatory cuddle. N'aww!

Rihanna’s penchant for fur came to the fore the following day when she took her front row seat at the Jean Paul Gaultier show. For this occasion Ri Ri opted for a pleated pair of trousers, a sheer lace top, leather gloves and a handy fur snood (yes you read that correctly, a fur snood) which was used to help cover her exposed nipples. Just.

The one thing which has unified Rihanna’s varying looks is a structured black bob wig that has a touch of Anna Wintour about it (if Anna Wintour lost the plot and let some sort of trainee hairdresser cut her hair) with its uneven layers. Super high-fashion, darlings! It’s hard to believe this is the very same singer who first appeared on our radar wearing a questionable combination of baggy jeans and a gold sequin crop top in Pon de Replay.
Rihanna worked a hood when she swung by Stella McCartney, as she hid under her hooded green coat. But it's the accessories which we really love - the green oversized tote and blood orange shades.
At Givenchy Rih did tailoring in a black suit with red and black detailing on the jacket. She sat on the front row with Kanye West and watched Kendall Jenner storm the runway from under her veiled baseball cap.
At Chanel Rihanna wore a lilac Chanel tweed boucle dress with a cropped detail at the top. She paired it with matching lilac trainers, cat eye sunnies and an oversized pearl cuff.
Before her last stop at Miu Miu Rihanna stopped by the Eiffel Tower for a serious posing session. She wore black over-the-knee stiletto boots with a black leather jacket with a red and honey fur trim.
