Lady Gaga Takes Off Her Wig And Reveals Her REAL Hair

Just when we thought Lady Gaga’s wigologist might just be the best paid hair stylist in Hollywood, it looks like he might have a run for his money as Gaga is now apparently, ahem, gaga for her REAL hair. The starlet, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, kicked off the 30-day iTunes Festival in London on Sunday, debuting not only some pretty awesome new tunes, but also her real head of hair.

The 27-year-old songstress, who is rarely seen without some kind of wig, showed off her natural hair during her performance of “Sex Dreams” and encouraged her fans to do the same: “I knew I had to show you what’s underneath all of the theatre,” she said. But what team Grazia beauty really want to know is whether this au naturel look will last- was Gaga’s new, stripped-back look part of her style transformation? This was the celeb’s first full live set since her hip surgery earlier this year, so maybe this really is the new Gaga…

What’s more, during her performance, Lady G revealed she had survived “some really tough times” and explained she had used “wigs and make-up to cover up the pain”. She also added, “When I didn’t feel strong enough to be me, I created someone else. And it worked.” So, will this look usher in a new Gaga phase? Judging by her wig-history to date, we kinda doubt the pop star will ditch the hair accessories for good, although it was pretty amazing to see her natural tresses. We have to admit, we give full marks to her tousled brunette bob and just hope we’ll see more of it over the next few weeks…
