Suki Waterhouse’s fashion sense is eclectic, vintage-infused and often surprising. Unlike many of today’s young starlets she’s not afraid to experiment, but there’s also a timeless and classical slant to her approach. In her downtime you’ll see a distinct Diane Keaton-esque tomboy vibe, but pop her on the red carpet and she’ll just as easily triumph as an old-school Hollywood bombshell. For instagram and hanging out with the London girl gang we’ll see extreme retro-stylings and mad-hatters festival garb, but think back to the Oscars (avec her beau Bradley Cooper) or this month’s Met Ball and we know Miss Waterhouse can do ultra-grown-up ballgown-work with ease.

Cannes Film Festival has been a great opportunity for Suki to unleash the prettiest parts of her girlish closet as well as venturing into retro set hairstyles and dramatic paparazzi-friendly makeup. She has been outfitted in the softest pink floorsweeper from Dior, a lingerie-style silk slip from Jonathan Saunders and a perfectly printed bandeau from Peter Pilotto.

Pre-Riviera Suki has been gadding about Londontown with her super-pal, Cara Delevingne. Cara did her usual crop-top combos but Suki time-warped to the sixties in micro-mini dresses, white pumps and plenty of satin.
