You're already aware of our excitement that this month we can finally get our hands on Mulberry's latest bag collection designed by none other than Cara Delevingne, which you can wear as a handbag or as a backpack, making it a sensible investment (or so we keep telling ourselves). To add to the hysteria, New York Fashion Week has gone into handbag hunt pandemonium with Cara totes being handed out around the city with keys that may or may not unlock a free bag. And breathe.
But, wait, there's more. On Monday night, Mulberry's Spring Store street hosted a shindig especially for Lady Delevingne and boy, was it fabulous. Cara first met photographers at the entrance of the store with this little pooch before going back inside where Atlanta de Cadenet was on the decks playing some old school disco.

Cara's mates, Chelsea Leyland and Bip Ling were running to the photobooth, which was complete with a British background including a red postbox (representin’) and, we also spotted Amber Le Bon hanging out by the DJ booth. The champers was flowing, the canapés (including the tiniest mini burgers we’ve ever seen) were all served by hot totties wearing ‘CARA’ Mulberry T-shirts.
We snagged a quick chat with Atlanta to talk the angles and lighting you need for the perfect selfie and which Instagram filters she counts as her go-to. We also diverted Cara’s attention away from the photobooth long enough to say a quick hello waves
